We arrived unexpectedly late due to Issues re transport strike in France and we did not have wifi or mobile data so did not get email message that reception would be closed and that there was an entry code to main doors but happily some fellow guests let us in and we were able to use the automated check in system in lobby to retrieve apartment keys.
