Unusual attractions Off the beach, Nerja has some fascinating attractions for the intrepid explorer. Top Destination reviews. We love Acapulco Playa as it's so Central, but quiet and appears well managed A nice apartment, everything we needed and everything worked.
May well visit again. Good support from owner in terms of contact and information. Fantastic sea view with private terrace and BBQ. I booked this as a surprise break for my wife and. Correspondence with the owner was really good.
We stayed in apartment 3 for five days and it was with out doubt the cleanest most well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. Perfect location for exploring the area.
It only took 55mins to get to Maro which was really well sign posted. All in all a lovely area and a cracking little apartment with sun terraces with deg views.
Perfect … see more. Our ten day holiday with my husband, sister and brother in law was fantastic. Staying in this beautiful villa with views of the Mediterranean was spectacular. The villa was clean and spacious. Immaculata was very friendly and helpful. I'd just like to mention that there are only two sunbeds which we took in turns using however there are plenty of chairs.
We would love to return again in the not to distant future … see more. Absolutely fabulous - best villa we have stayed in. Right from booking everything was great. Pre-visit enquirers were answered in no time. We were concerned about shopping as were arriving on a Sunday when Spanish supermarkets are closed. We found a wonderful welcome pack of beer, wine, juice, bread, cheese and ham - FOC! The location was perfect for us - it has a private countryside ambiance but only a 7 minute to the beach and 2 great restaurants.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes away with links to the town or the bus as far as Malaga. We had a car which was useful for carrying shopping. Only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport along the motorway - no hairpins! The villa is accessed up a small lane and has its own electric gate - very safe. The villa itself is superb. The other 2 have twin beds with heaters if you need them.
The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever been to. Dishwasher and washing machine are easy to use. The living room has a large dining table and a coffee table with 2 sofas, a rocking chair and a log fire! We spent our evenings gazing into the flames - all wood and electricity is included. Outside is amazing - an upper terrace on the villa level overlooking the fields and farms. The lower terrace is very large with really good sunbeds and a dining table. There is a purpose built BBQ with a tap and sink.
The garden is huge with trees and grass. Our son, his wife, 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter came out for a week and loved it, the owner loaned us car seats for the week free! They are expensive through car rentals. The pool was cold and deep for kids but the owners supplied a paddling pool!
The kids loved the garden - picking oranges and lemons for my gin! Nerja has a variety of restaurants - lots for English speaking restaurants, some small Spanish one close to Riu Hotel which does a great Menu Del Dia , Chinese and Indian when you have had enough chips.
There is another lovely restaurant on the road to Torrex - the Mirador. You walk or get a town bus, we got a taxi back as we had too much tapas. Wifi was great - handling 6 devices at times. It was even upgraded to a new ariel and new router. We were there for 4 weeks - fresh towels and bed linen supplied every Sunday. The owners are fantastic Lola and Manola - nothing is too much bother. Manola is a farmer in the surrounding fields and takes away all the rubbish and recycling.
They made a special holiday extra special. We offer a level of service and care that we feel is unbeatable providing transfers or car hire if required and make sure our management service is at your disposal 24 hours a day. Just 50km from Malaga, Nerja is a coastal town with stunning beaches and little coves with crystal clear water, offering many activities including scuba diving, sailing and water skiing.
With few large scale developments, Nerja is thankfully devoid of the giant grey concrete high rises buildings and instead filled with whitewashed houses and a picturesque old quarter at its heart. Marbella is a privileged location both geographically and for its climate.
It is situated at only a thirty minute drive from Malaga International Airport and Malaga City itself. It is within easy reach of Ronda, Gibraltar and Antequera and only a two hour drive from important Spanish cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and Seville. This Mediterranean wonder contains so many contrasts, such as mountains and sea, village and town, work and play. Tel: - Email: info holidayvillas.
