There is a veranda, a BBQ area, a pool that sits on top of the ground, and with plenty of room for outdoor furniture. There are also two caves. One used as storage, but it could easily be converted into further living space, and the other is as yet undeveloped.

From here the views are totally lovely, too. A viewing is an absolute must! Beautiful beaches, the nearest only 35 minutes by car and mountain roads winding through pretty villages with stunning views.
