Termination shall only be allowed if the lessor or, if available and contractually agreed, their agent allow an appropriate deadline set by the customer to pass without remedying the defect. No deadline must be set if the defect cannot be remedied, if this is refused by the lessor or their agent, or if a special interest of the customer entitles them to extraordinary termination.
The holiday property may only be occupied by those persons specified in the contract.
