It's one of the best property portals I found for Spanish property. Professional and legit. The minimum term available will be dependent on the property though, some owners may allow 3 months rentals, while others may be looking for a minimum of 6 or 12 months. Its in the top 5 requirements of every house hunter. So out of date ideas about location info and a comment about the hated exclusivity scams tells me this site is a few decades behind the rest. But seriously, who on earth would deal with a property site that doesnt say where the property is?!?!?!?!
