With regards to the carpet you mention, this was in fact a new carpet only 2 months old. We did not agree with your comment at the time, but removed the carpet as instructed and send our cleaning team back to re mop the floor for you. I have been to the property myself to check it and can't agree with your comment that it smells.
This property ref. R is fully booked with weekly changeovers, no other holiday makers have reported any kind of smell, which you reported when you were informed of our 'out of office call out charge'. We were there for a week and we are totally disappointed with your service , never mind the villa was full of ants and was never ever cleaned before we entered So we will not be charged?!
While someone was still in the office.. Is this normal?! I would suggest never ever to rent with this company. We used then in They sent us concise directions on how to get to Edif Coronado. Everything went smoothly. Including where to collect keys.
We are using them again this year and I have absolutely no worries. I've used Teamstar a few times, no complaints at all. Indeed this year we inquired whether the property had a filter coffee machine. It hadn't, however they have bought one especially for us! June cannot come fast enough! They have uk call number I had same worries but they reply to all emails quickly and I used them after others were telling me owners direct dont vet the people on thier website you cant go wrong if all the TAcommunity vouch for someone and thats why I am using teamstar for the first time.
Wont take calls or return calls, only emails - absolute scam! I for one will bear your comments in mind, when using Teamstar next May, for about the 8th consecutive Nerja holiday. I'm sure eventually, they might just give us reason to quibble I cannot speak more highly of TeamStar and their associated companies. So not happy with this company and if you search the internet i'm not the only one!
Don't book with them unless you have no alternative. They rip customers off. We have stayed numerous times in Nerja and have used many different booking agents and they have all been really good except this company. We've only ever booked in Nerja via owners direct initially or Teamstar In fact they have given us an excellent rental experience Ooh, I tell a lie It was touch and go whether she'd be out in time for our flight home, and a quick call to Teamstar had them pulling out all the stops to ensure we would have suitable accommodation at an acceptable cost, under the circumstances if needed.
As it was, all was well in the end, and we flew home and departed the accommodation as planned, but Teamstar still got my thanks for putting our minds at rest at an otherwise stressful time! How many people go on holiday and only realise the day before that they need a cot, Was there a miracle baby we haven't been told about! Were you not aware of the additional cost involved? It's standard practice, to be fair. How many of us would complain if we arrived to find the place filthy, only to be told it's because the last lot wanted to extend their stay by 3 hours, and we haven't had time to clean it?
That last post seems very unfair on Teamstar Yes I have. We stayed in a beautiful apartment at side of Church with a fab view over Salon beach. Unfortunately it was boked out this year. We used Teamstar and were very happy with their service.
