Our lease terms are fixed and revolve around the academic calendar. All leases are written with a fixed lease end-term date, ending each year on July 31st.

Yes, our resident portal makes paying your rent online convenient and easy! Your resident portal also gives you the ability to submit any maintenance requests and view any upcoming resident events. We recommend you register your vehicle with the leasing office and obtain a parking pass. There is a limit of one vehicle per resident. We do have a Tiger Transit located right in front of our office. The transit runs every minutes from 7 a. You can download the Transloc Rider App for more specifics.
We do allow coed living, but it must be agreed upon by each resident in the unit. Each resident will have to come to the leasing office to sign a coed agreement before they are able to move-in. It depends at any given time, but we are always looking for qualified candidates in advance of any specific job openings.
